Field Operations:

 

  1. Providing 24 X 7 O&M services in the field with teams working in shift
  2. Doing Corrective maintenance on receiving Trouble Ticket from the NOC
  3. Performing Preventive Maintenance for Telecom and non Telecom Equipment
  4. Managing big even like EID, X-MAS, New Year etc ensure availability of resource and network 24 X 7
  5. Routine Service for Diesel Generators, Telecom equipment and civil work.
  6. Alignment of MW dishes and ensure the reliable service during windy or rainy season.

 

NOC Development & Operations:

 

  1. Network Operation Center layout design
  2. Selection and testing  of Network monitoring software
  3. Making criteria for Network surveillance
  4. Design and Optimise processes for Change Management, fault Management, SLA Management
  5. Ensure escalation using predefined methods including SMS, Email, TT, Call etc
  6. E2E trouble shooting and reporting
  7. Managing the Incidents using state of the art expertise and tools

 

 

In-Source or Out Source NOC:

 

In – Source NOC solution, ETS will provide the expertise to develop whole NOC while management of the NOC will be within customer (Human resource can be provided by ETS or Customer as per contract) , while in Out Source NOC , ETS will not only develop NOC but also operate under ETS’s NOC experts.

 

 

In-House or Remote NOC:

 

ETS has expertise in delivering both In – House and Remote NOC solution. The remote NOC solution is provided to help customer in reducing OPEX and ensure availability of surveillance and escalation 24 x 7. Mainly the remote NOC solution is provided form Pakistan, but can be customized in any other country as per requirement.

 

 

OSS Installation and O&M:

 

OSS (Operations Support System) is one of the key element of any network operations. ETS help its customers to analyse the need of OSS, Selection of OSS, Installation, Test servicing and Operation & Maintenance.

 

Network Audit Services:

 

The purpose of  ETS’s detailed End-2-End (E2E) network audit is to establish a baseline that verifies and maximizes network performance by measurement and analysis of the; network design, voice and data quality, performance and process, network security and to identify and characterize the areas where improvement can be achieved.

ETS network audit consultants engineers are uniquely qualified to assess an operators network and the audit service generally covers the key cities/areas and technologies of the layered technology footprint.

ETS’s audit services will range in duration dependant on customer needs and are typically broken down into specific modules, and modules that can be fined tuned to meet specific customer requirements, as an example:

  • Module 1 – Country Wide Drive Test/Benchmarking Campaign
  • Module 2 – Network Audit Evaluation & KPI Analysis
  • Module 3 – Project Reporting & Presentation.
  • Module 4 – Follow-up & Recommendation Implementation.

ETS’s objective is to allow our customers to choose a service that will minimize both OPEX and CAPEX by identifying areas within the network that can where necessary, be aligned to bring scalable efficiencies into the operation.

Vendor Management:

 

ETS has expertise with clients for vendor evaluation, selection and management of the infrastructure requirements, based on their fit with the business drivers.

This service can also include management and development of an RFP to infrastructure vendors. The service offering extends to RFP bid response evaluation and comparison services, taking into account factors such as vendor financial strength, the regional presence and support they offer, augmented solutions they can deliver, financial terms, technology, and past relationships
