Field Operations:

In-Source or Out Source NOC:
In – Source NOC solution, ETS will provide the expertise to develop whole NOC while management of the NOC will be within customer (Human resource can be provided by ETS or Customer as per contract) , while in Out Source NOC , ETS will not only develop NOC but also operate under ETS’s NOC experts.
In-House or Remote NOC:
ETS has expertise in delivering both In – House and Remote NOC solution. The remote NOC solution is provided to help customer in reducing OPEX and ensure availability of surveillance and escalation 24 x 7. Mainly the remote NOC solution is provided form Pakistan, but can be customized in any other country as per requirement.
OSS Installation and O&M:
OSS (Operations Support System) is one of the key element of any network operations. ETS help its customers to analyse the need of OSS, Selection of OSS, Installation, Test servicing and Operation & Maintenance.
Network Audit Services:
The purpose of ETS’s detailed End-2-End (E2E) network audit is to establish a baseline that verifies and maximizes network performance by measurement and analysis of the; network design, voice and data quality, performance and process, network security and to identify and characterize the areas where improvement can be achieved.
ETS network audit consultants engineers are uniquely qualified to assess an operators network and the audit service generally covers the key cities/areas and technologies of the layered technology footprint.
ETS’s audit services will range in duration dependant on customer needs and are typically broken down into specific modules, and modules that can be fined tuned to meet specific customer requirements, as an example:
